New work
June 2026
Our latest work for Gatsby Charitable Foundation’s Talking Futures campaign brought together 17 of the UK’s leading employers to sign an open letter to parents, calling for greater recognition of technical routes including T-levels, apprenticeships and Higher Technical Qualifications. With 73% of parents saying traditional academic routes are still the default choice, the letter encouraged families to re-consider the full range of options available to their teenagers.
Signatories included household names such as Lloyds Banking Group, NHS England, Network Rail, Met Office and Autotrader.
The letter responded to growing parental anxiety around the changing world of work and the impact of AI on entry-level careers. It highlighted the great opportunities at leading organisations that are on offer to young people with technical skills.
Coverage we secured included The Sun, Daily Mirror, LBC and BBC Radio 5 Live.
