Sinéad Gray

Managing Partner

Sinéad wants to be part of the solution that makes this industry more inclusive for everyone. She has been an active member of Bloom for the past five years and founded BloomFest, a one-day conference designed to tackle gender issues and devise practical solutions for women in communications.

Ross Garavand

Finance Director

Whilst numbers are Ross’s forte he has a creative side that is blossoming. His two daughters have inspired him to write flower character picture books encouraging young children to engage with gardening and nature.

Kim Curran

Associate Creative Director

As a teen, Kim wanted to change the world. When that didn’t happen, she started to write books about teenagers fighting evil and saving the world. To borrow a quote by G.K. Chesterton, Kim writes books not to tell teenagers the monsters exist. She writes books to tell teenagers that monsters can be defeated.

Katee Hui

Strategy Director

Katee founded Hackney Laces, a football club for women and girls, because she believes sport can change lives and strengthen communities. Seven years on, Laces Community Club has over 300 women of all abilities playing in their three clubs across London.

Andy Ravan

Deputy Chairman

Andy helps children discover the joy of sport. Drawing on an ethos of enjoyment, rather than achievement, Andy encouraged previously reticent kids to simply join in and have fun. Locally, word got around, and numbers grew. The kids, surprising themselves, have gone on to take control.

Sharon Bange

Managing Partner

Sharon wants to rid the world of ‘parent guilt’. She’s starting by helping to create a culture at Kindred that embraces working parents and gives them the flexibility to do a brilliant job at work and at home.

Emma Whiting

Producer

Emma is a champion of craft skills. In her own time, she designs bags and attends courses specialising in leather. Two years ago Emma got serious and set up her own workshop – a space where she can practise the craft and make as much mess as she wants.

Nick Mustoe

Chairman

Nick calls himself a business gardener. He spends a lot of his time mentoring young businesses, start-ups and graduates. Nick wants everyone to have a shot at starting and growing a business for themselves and does whatever he can to help make that happen.

Lorraine Galvan

Marketing Manager

Lorraine wants to see the world relax more. From yoga retreats in Ibiza, to ceramics courses in Peckham, she is on a mission to be more mindful, while picking up new skills and experiences along the way.

Julie Ravan

Planning Director

Julie believes that mental illness is the epidemic of the 21st century and is a strong advocate for change and awareness around this issue. She thinks the antidote starts with honesty, which is why she is encouraging anyone who will listen – including her daughters – to always keep it real.

Melody Richards

HR/Office Manager

Nothing gives Melody more satisfaction than seeing people flourish in their careers and in the workplace. From initial recruitment and giving people a chance, through to day-to-day life in the office, it’s her mission to see that people enjoy coming to work every day.

Matt Harding

Creative Services Director

Matt’s greatest achievement are his two children, Millie and Louis. He calls them his work in progress. They’ve certainly changed him!
