We worked with probation staff across the country to inspire a new range of greetings cards, encouraging people to share meaningful messages with loved ones at Christmas. As part of our latest probation officer recruitment drive for MoJ and HMPPS, the limited-edition cards, Festive Reflections, featured words of advice from probation staff, in collaboration with artwork commissioned by Prodigal Arts – a charity that encourages people in prison and ex-offenders to unlock their creative potential to help reduce the likelihood of re-offending.

The words of advice are examples of the support and guidance probation staff have given to the offenders they have worked with, showcasing some of the skills involved in the role to inspire people looking to make a change or seeking motivation ahead in the new year. Orders for the cards rolled in, alongside coverage including The Sun and BBC Radio London.
