In July 2022, Kindred became a certified B Corp. Our business had been deemed to meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

This report explains how we’ve continued to push ourselves since then to deliver on our promise to positively impact our people and the planet. It details not only what we’ve achieved during our first year as a B Corp, but also what we plan to do next. It’s not an act of self-congratulation, but a means of holding ourselves accountable. We’ve come a long way but there are clear areas for improvement and this report provides an action plan for the next stage of our journey to be the most progressive business we can be.

There are things we need to do more of, and there are things we need to do better. We’re ready to renew our focus on obligations including financial transparency and developing our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategy, and pledge to double down on our environmental responsibilities. This report holds us accountable for these commitments and we look forward to sharing our progress against them in 2024.
