How we made positive change
PPI mis-selling has been called the UK’s biggest financial scandal. Our PR and partnerships campaign contributed to righting this wrong, helping return billions of pounds to millions of consumers. We normalised acting on PPI and made sure no-one intending to complain missed the deadline, by securing constant and relatable reminders in the media in the run-up to 29 August 2019.
