Positive change in action
Last year, we published our pay gap data, as part of PRWeek’s project in partnership with People Like Us, along with 30 other businesses. This year, we were one of just 20 agencies to participate. It’s uncomfortable putting all your data out there, especially when there are improvements to be made, but transparency is important – or we can’t make a positive change.
