The Disability Confident campaign works with employers to remove barriers, increase understanding and ensure that disabled people can fulfil their potential. We’ve been certified level 1 Disability Confident since 2023, and as of May 2025 we’re now level 2 – a Disability Confident Employer.

Our most recent all staff survey shows that 19% of our people have a disability and we believe that maintaining our Disability Confident status and progressing through the levels is not only important to making Kindred the best possible workplace for them, but for the disabled workforce as a whole. We’re proud to offer opportunities for disabled people, provide tailored support, and go the extra mile because we know what an untapped source of potential the disabled community is.
